Catherine Chapman, MSW, LCSW (OK, OR, ND, ME) and LICSW (WA), is the Clinical Director at Inner Circle Mental Health. She leads the clinical team with a steady hand and clear focus, drawing from over a decade of experience in trauma-exposed systems—particularly her eight years as an emergency department social worker alongside first responders.
Catherine specializes in clinical supervision, trauma-informed care, critical incident response, and team development. Her leadership is grounded in supporting clinicians and building systems that prioritize quality, ethics, and consistency. She works closely with medical personnel—nurses, EMS, physicians—because she knows the weight of that work firsthand.
Catherine’s approach is straightforward and growth-oriented. She listens closely, supports autonomy, and finds ways to connect individual strengths to the broader mission. Her team knows her as reliable, honest, and always ready to troubleshoot a problem or back them up when things get hard.
What keeps her in this work is simple: she’s seen what happens when trauma goes unsupported, and she knows therapy can change that. She’s here to make sure clinicians are equipped, clients are truly helped, and no one’s left to carry it alone.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her outside—somewhere quiet and far from the noise.
