What We Require

This isn’t a contract gig. It’s a calling.

We don’t hire just anyone—and we’re proud of that. To earn a seat on this team, you need more than credentials. You need the mindset, the mission, and the capacity to hold complex trauma with skill and precision.

Clinical Licensure

You must hold an active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Provisionally licensed applicants are considered if they're on a solid clinical track and already show excellence in trauma care.

Willingness to Grow and Be Challenged

We’re a high-accountability team. That means feedback, reflection, and constant evolution. If you’re looking for a place to coast, this isn’t it. But if you’re ready to be sharpened, supported, and pushed toward excellence—we want to hear from you.

Dedication to EMDR and CPT

These are not just techniques—they are foundations. All team members are trained in both EMDR and CPT (we’ll provide the training if you haven’t already completed it). This ensures every client gets consistent, evidence-based care across the board.

Resilience and Emotional Stamina

This work is not light. We expect our clinicians to have a personal self-care routine and an active therapeutic relationship. You can’t pour from an empty cup—and we don’t accept clinicians who haven’t done (and aren't doing) their own work. We won’t burn out our team to help others.

Lived or Professional Connection to Trauma-Exposed Fields

We require a strong personal or professional connection to first responder, military, or other high-trauma systems. Cultural precision isn’t optional here—it’s essential. You need to understand this world from the inside out.

Clinical Integrity Over Ego

We expect you to be clinically sharp and deeply human—but never driven by performance or perfectionism. This team values presence, congruence, and humility. Clients can smell fake a mile away, and so can we.
