Assessment for work Readiness
Post-Incident | Non-Forensic | Clinically Grounded
This service exists to answer one question:
Is this individual currently fit to perform their duties safely?
Our assessments are incident-specific, time-limited, and focused on current functioning, not diagnosis or long-term labeling.
What this is
-
Based on the evaluation, recommendations may include:
Assessment for Work Readiness
Assessment for work readiness with recommendations
Temporarily not fit for work readiness
Referral for additional support or treatment
Administrative considerations related to readiness
Final employment decisions remain with the department.
-
This is a critical distinction.
No MMPI or personality testing
Not a forensic psychological evaluation
Not a pre-employment psychological exam
Not a diagnostic assessment
Not ongoing therapy
This assessment provides recommendations only, based on current functioning following an incident.
-
