Private Pay & Therapy Memberships

Make Therapy Part of Your Routine

You don't have to wait until something is wrong to have a therapist.

Inner Circle memberships are designed for people who want consistent access to mental health care with predictable monthly pricing.

Whether you're actively working through something or simply want to stay ahead of stress, burnout, relationships, and the demands of everyday life, membership gives you an established therapist who already knows you.

Available in person in Norman and online throughout Oklahoma.

Why Clients Choose Membership

A good fit when you want regular weekly support or are actively working through something that benefits from greater consistency.

Ideal for periods of increased stress, difficult experiences, major transitions, relationship concerns, or focused therapeutic work.

  • Biweekly Plan

    $220/month

    2 sessions per month

A good fit for ongoing therapy and consistent support without committing to weekly sessions.

Ideal for stress, relationships, burnout, life transitions, personal growth, and continued work on mental health goals.

  • Monthly Plan

    $110/month

A good fit for maintenance, resilience, monthly check-ins, and staying connected to your therapist.

Ideal if you're doing well overall but want a consistent place to process stress, maintain progress, or catch concerns early.

Why Clients Choose Membership

Prefer to Pay Per Session?

You don't have to join a membership to receive care at Inner Circle.

Private-pay sessions with our fully licensed clinicians are $160 per session.

Lower rates may be available with provisionally licensed clinicians, depending on current availability.

Private pay may be a good option if you:

  • Only need occasional therapy

  • Aren't ready for a monthly commitment

  • Prefer not to use health insurance

  • Have a high deductible

  • Want flexibility in choosing your clinician

Call or text our office for current private-pay options and clinician availability.

Membership vs. Insurance

Insurance can make therapy more affordable for many people, and Inner Circle accepts several major insurance plans.

But insurance isn't always the best option for everyone.

When insurance is used, your benefits, deductible, copay or coinsurance, network requirements, and coverage rules are determined by your individual health plan. Information necessary to process the claim is also submitted to the insurance company.

With membership:

You know your monthly cost.
Your membership sessions are paid directly.
No membership claims are submitted to insurance.
You get priority access and additional scheduling flexibility.

For some people, insurance makes the most sense.

For others, membership provides the simplicity and consistency they're looking for.

Frequently asked questions

What makes this membership different from just scheduling sessions?

This isn’t about convenience—it’s about consistency. With the membership, you get guaranteed access to care, our deepest session discounts, and scheduling priority that non-members don’t have. It's a structured, reliable way to maintain your mental readiness without starting from scratch every time.

What do I actually get with a membership?

All plans include:

  • Discounted 55-minute sessions

  • No fees for late cancels or no-shows while your membership is active

  • Access to member-only scheduling slots (guaranteed within 7 days)

  • Session rollover for up to 60 days

  • Use for individual, family, or relationship therapy

  • Eligibility for HSA/FSA

  • Full confidentiality—no billing to insurance

Why don’t you bill insurance for this?

Because insurance isn’t always confidential. When you use insurance:

  • Your diagnosis is submitted to a database that can be seen by employers, agencies, and background investigators

  • Certain codes can trigger red flags in pre-employment screenings or clearances

  • Your care is subject to medical necessity reviews—not your own judgment

This plan avoids all of that.

What if I don’t use all my sessions in a given month?

You can roll unused sessions over for up to 60 days. We built in flexibility because we know the job isn’t predictable. If you don’t use them in time, they expire—that’s how we keep the program sustainable.

What happens if I need to pause or cancel?

You’re committing to 3 months to start—after that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. You can also pause once per year for up to 60 days if life or duty gets in the way.
