What Individual Therapy Can Help With
You don't have to wait until something is wrong. Therapy can also help you stay mentally healthy, recognize patterns earlier, strengthen relationships, and manage the cumulative effects of a demanding life or career.
-
Past experiences can continue to affect how you think, feel, sleep, work, and connect with others. Therapy can help you process trauma, grief, critical incidents, cumulative stress, and other difficult experiences without forcing you to relive them before you are ready.
-
When anxiety, low mood, irritability, numbness, or constant overthinking start interfering with daily life, therapy can help you understand what is driving those patterns and build practical ways to manage them.
-
Chronic stress can show up as exhaustion, poor sleep, short patience, difficulty concentrating, or feeling like you are always "on." Therapy can help you recognize what is wearing you down and develop strategies to recover and function more sustainably.
-
Stress does not stay neatly contained at work. Therapy can help with communication problems, conflict, disconnection, boundary issues, family strain, and the ways demanding careers or difficult experiences can affect the people closest to you.
-
High levels of stress can make it harder to concentrate, make decisions, remember things, or feel mentally present. Therapy can help identify what is contributing to that overload and build tools to improve clarity and day-to-day functioning.
-
Career changes, retirement, injury, loss, relationship changes, parenthood, or simply reaching a point where life no longer feels the way it used to can create unexpected emotional strain. Therapy can help you navigate change and figure out what comes next.
-
You do not have to wait until you are in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many clients use therapy proactively to strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, recognize warning signs earlier, and protect their mental health before stress becomes overwhelming.
Specialized mental health care shouldn't depend on how close you live to Norman.
Inner Circle offers secure online therapy and virtual appointments throughout Oklahoma, making it easier to access specialized care whether you live in the Oklahoma City metro, a smaller community, or a rural part of the state.

Online Therapy That Fits Into Real Life
The Same Inner Circle Care—From Home
Online therapy is still Inner Circle therapy.
You'll work directly with one of our clinicians using an individualized treatment plan based on your needs, goals, and experiences. Depending on your needs, treatment may include evidence-based approaches for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, and other mental health challenges.
For many clients, virtual therapy provides access to specialized care that may not otherwise be available in their local community.
If you live near Norman, your therapist can also help determine whether in-person sessions, online therapy, or a combination of the two makes the most sense for your care.
Where Is Online Therapy Available?
Our clinicians are currently licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
To participate in a telehealth therapy appointment with Inner Circle, you must be physically located within the state of Oklahoma at the time of your session. This applies even if you are an established client.
If you are temporarily traveling or located outside Oklahoma, contact our team before your appointment so we can help you determine your options.
We serve clients virtually throughout Oklahoma, including rural and underserved communities where access to specialized mental health care may be limited.
Choose the Way You Want to Use Therapy
Use insurance, pay by the session, or make mental health care part of your routine with an Inner Circle Membership.

Good for: active treatment, higher-stress periods, trauma work, major transitions, weekly accountability and support.
-
2 therapy sessions per month
Best for people who want consistent support without needing weekly therapy. This gives clients enough frequency to actively work on stress, relationships, anxiety, burnout, trauma recovery, or life changes while still leaving space between sessions to practice what they're learning. Additional sessions are currently available for $60 each.
Good for: ongoing therapy, moderate stress, relationship concerns, burnout prevention, active personal growth.

Use Your Insurance
Inner Circle works with a variety of insurance plans. Coverage, copays, deductibles, and telehealth benefits vary by plan, so we recommend verifying your benefits before beginning care.
Our team can help you determine whether your plan is accepted and provide an estimate of what you may expect to pay.
Private Pay
Prefer to pay for therapy without using insurance? Private-pay sessions are available with fully licensed clinicians for $160 per session.
Lower private-pay rates may also be available with provisionally licensed clinicians, depending on current availability.
Private pay can be a good fit if you:
Prefer not to use your health insurance benefits
Have a high deductible or limited behavioral health coverage
Want more flexibility in choosing a clinician
Prefer to make treatment decisions directly with your therapist
Your clinical information is still documented and protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards.
Call or text our office for current private-pay options and clinician availability.
Your Care Comes First
Whether you use insurance or choose private pay, the goal is the same: helping you find the right therapist and receive care that fits your needs.
Practical, Straightforward Therapy
Therapy doesn't have to feel vague or directionless. We work collaboratively, establish clear goals, and help you understand what you're experiencing and what you can do about it.
Evidence-Based, Goal-Focused Care
Depending on your needs, your therapist may draw from evidence-based approaches such as CPT, EMDR, CBT, and other appropriate therapeutic methods. Your treatment plan is built around you—not around a one-size-fits-all protocol.
