I do this work because I understand what it’s like to witness the worst of humanity and feel as though the only option is to suppress it and carry on. Over time, I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be that way. It is possible to serve with strength and still thrive—at work, at home, and within yourself. I’m passionate about supporting first responders, veterans, and their families because I deeply respect the challenges they face and the sacrifices they make. My goal is to walk alongside them as they navigate the unique demands of their lives and careers.
-
Every individual is unique, and so is their path to healing. I use a client-centered approach that meets each person where they are. I focus on holistic wellness—supporting growth mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Together, we work to identify the tools and strategies that align with your values and goals.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where first responders and veterans can speak freely without needing to explain the culture or downplay their experiences. My role is to listen, support, and offer practical, tailored strategies to help manage stress, trauma, and transitions both in and out of service.
-
Clients can expect a partner who has their back—someone who genuinely cares, listens without judgment, and is committed to walking alongside them. I help you build on your strengths, find clarity, and develop tools to navigate the complexities of your personal and professional life.
-
My background—both clinically and personally—has given me a deep understanding of the realities faced by first responders and veterans. I bring empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to helping my clients find solutions that work for them. I’m not here to fix you; I’m here to support you as you find your way forward.
-
Clients often share that my lived experience allows them to feel seen and understood. While I may not have stood in their exact shoes, I’ve worked within law enforcement agencies and have close family ties to the first responder and veteran communities. I bring that understanding into the therapy room with respect and humility.
