  • I count it a privilege to be invited into someone’s most sacred space. The good, the bad, and the ugly – nobody HAS to open that door. I do this work to first let people know it is okay for that door to be opened. It’s okay to not be okay, but it’s not okay to stay that way. I truly believe it is my calling to help others not only open, but walk through doors that they never thought they could.

  • My approach to therapy is focused on the whole person. While a client may present with one specific issue, I like to learn more about the person as whole, and different factors that contributed to the presenting problem. It is important to me to learn about a client’s biopsychosocial history and how each idiosyncrasy can help us navigate to a place of better understanding and healing.

  • I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, grief, family systems, and couples.

  • I work with first responders and veterans by learning about their unique experience in the field. I aim to gain a full understanding of their “why”, and then work to discover how they can continue their passion safely – mentally, emotionally, and physiologically.

  • When clients choose to work with me, they are guaranteed compassion, honesty, and a judgement-free space. I am able to meet others where they are at, allowing for a healthy rapport to be built. In creating an emotionally safe environment that is unique to each individual, clients are not only able to trust the therapeutic process, but also trust me as their clinician.
