  • I want people to know that I genuinely care. My goal every day is to help people.

  • My main areas of specialization are EMDR, where we use bilateral stimulation to help people process trauma faster than traditional talk therapy. I also specialize in Internal Family Systems which works with the inner workings of who we are as people in order to resolve trauma.

  • I’ve had several close family members in first responder roles so I have a firm understanding of the different subcultures, even within the first responder fields— how fire is different from police is different from military.

  • You can say anything you want in this room, you don’t ever have to worry about offending me. Speak how you speak, act how you act.

  • In working with first responders I anticipated that most of the trauma we’d be processing are things that have happened on the job. It has actually been more childhood trauma and family trauma. Processing those lifelong traumas can significantly improve the life and career of a first responder or veteran.
